To collect your baggage, check the information screen on the conveyor belt according to your flight.
Airline officers will carry out checks according to the baggage claim tag.
If you lose your baggage, you can contact the airline officer at the Lost and Found counter.
Trolleys are available in the baggage claim area.
If necessary, you can use the services of a porter to help carry your luggage at a cost of Rp. 10,000 per col.
